Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping may be added in future as the project grows.

Processing times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (launches, holidays), this may extend to 3–4 days, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping method

All Kits are sent via Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked.

This service includes:

• end-to-end tracking
• delivery notifications
• a delivery aim of the next working day after dispatch

Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free within the UK (included in the price of the Kit).
You won’t be charged anything additional at checkout.

Delivery address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address when ordering.
We can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, but we’ll always do what we can to help.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please email us at hello@agencyofhere.com and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Damaged items

If your Kit arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• your order number
• brief description
• a photo of the damage

We’ll resolve it quickly — usually with a replacement or refund.
